Who Am I?

I’m James. A strength & conditioning coach with 5 years in the fitness industry, working with men who know they’re capable of more but lack the structure to bring it out consistently.

I compete in Muay Thai, train like an athlete, and live the discipline I teach. Over the years, I’ve combined combat sports, athletic strength training, recovery, and mindset work into a clear, repeatable system that fits around real life. Not a full-time fighter schedule.

I don’t believe most men are lazy or lacking motivation. I believe they’re unstructured, overloaded with noise, and trying to piece things together alone.

B.ELITE Coaching exists to change that.

My role isn’t to hype you up or throw random hard sessions at you. It’s to assess where you are, build a plan around your body and your life, and guide you through it, so you develop strength, conditioning, confidence, and discipline that actually sticks.
